The simple message of Jesus is the simple mission of the University Avenue Church. 

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’" (Matthew 22:37-39)

We believe that all we are and do fall under these two directives.

Loving God means living for him, giving ourselves for him, worshiping him, and walking his path through life.

Loving others means accepting people where they are, helping them, not judging them, guiding them toward new and better life, and surrounding them with committed community.
