Life Groups

Organizes and support various types of small groups; trains group leaders.

A small group can be identified as a deliberate face to face gathering of three to twelve people who meet regularly and share the common purpose of exploring together some aspect of Christian life, faith and discipleship.

Our mission is to develop small, loving groups of people that are growing in Christ, reaching out and bringing others into the group, and sending out new leaders to start new groups, which will then do the same.

Our goal here at UA for Life Groups is to grow in community and relationship with God in Christ and with one other. Groups usually meet in members’ homes at various times and places around the Austin area. Some groups are more social in nature; some do service projects together; some have ongoing study directly from the Bible, some discuss other books of religious interest.
